COVID-19 Updates

  • Card requests may be submitted at any time. We will be approving requests in the order received and printing cards once per week
        While there will be delays, our goal is to mail your cards out to you no more than 30 days from the day you submit your report.

        Please contact us to check on the status of your cards only if it has been more than 30 days since you submitted your report.
        We cannot accommodate rush shipping at this time. 

  • It is recommended that you issue unofficial certificates of completion to your students while they wait for their cards.
    You can find more information on Page 28 of the Outreach Training Program Requirements document.

  • Our office is closed and we are working remotely. The fastest way to get assistance is to email otc@clpccd.org.
    Emails will be checked multiple times throughout the day.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Beginning February 2020, Outreach Trainers will be charged additional fees accrued for credit card charges disputed for legitimate Outreach Card requests.

  • Please note that charges on your credit card statement for all transactions will be from our Outreach Website Technology Partner -The Rocky Mountain Education Center.

  • Beginning January 2019, the 90-day grace period for re-authorization has been eliminated. Refresher courses must be completed before your card expires. Please see our Outreach News page for more details.

  • Your trainer ID is different than your outreach card number. Please contact us if you do not remember your trainer ID and cannot find your initial registration email.

STUDENT COURSE COMPLETION CARD INFO

  • New student outreach cards are $8 each.

  • Replacement student outreach cards are $25 each. Replacement of student outreach card will not be issued if the training took place more than 5 years ago. If original training occurred more than 5 years ago, the student must attend training again to be issued a new outreach card. Only one replacement may be issued per student.

  • Trainers must submit class documentation within 30 days of class completion in order to be issued outreach cards.

  • Trainers must provide student course completion cards to students within 30 days of receipt.

  • Trainers must issue student course completion cards directly to the student, regardless of who paid for the training. Cards must be sent to the student's address listed on the daily sign in sheets or delivered to students directly. Trainers who fail to comply with this requirement may be subjected to corrective action by OSHA, up to and including the revocation of authorized trainer status.

  • The Outreach Training Program is voluntary and promotes workplace safety and health by training workers about their rights and workplace hazards. Visit OSHA's Outreach Training Program web page for more information.
